 Colby Gothreaux is a Board Certified, Licensed Behavior Analyst as well as the proud Owner of Louisiana Developmental Center. He was born in Lafayette and raised in Scott and Baton Rouge, establishing deep roots across the Acadiana and Capital regions.
A proud alumnus of Acadiana High School, Colby began his higher education journey at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He later returned to his Acadiana roots to complete his Master’s degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL), solidifying a robust educational foundation in behavioral science and psychology.
Colby’s distinguished career spans over a decade of specialized, hands-on clinical experience. While earning his Master's degree, he began honing his expertise in Lafayette, working closely alongside a licensed psychologist. He then expanded his clinical impact in Pineville, serving for six years as a trusted associate to a psychologist. Following this tenure, Colby spent another highly impactful six years establishing his foundation in the ABA world focusing on the therapeutic outreach for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, further elevating his reputation as a dedicated advocate for developmental progress and behavioral health in addition to training and mentoring future clinicians in the ABA field. 

Today, as the founder and owner of Louisiana Developmental Center, he channels this wealth of clinical knowledge into providing top-tier, compassionate care for families across the state.
Beyond his professional achievements, Colby is deeply devoted to his family. He shares his life with his wife and their two children, who remain his ultimate motivation. An avid outdoorsman, Colby embraces the rich traditions of Louisiana; when he isn't guiding his clinic or spending time with family, he can be found working on his farm, hunting, or fishing.

  Tristen Morvant is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst serving on the clinical team at Louisiana Developmental Center (LDC). Originally born in Casper, Wyoming, she was raised in the Lafayette area, where she developed a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact within her community.  

Tristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. Following graduation, she was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she quickly discovered a deep commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her passion for evidence-based intervention, skill development, and improving quality of life inspired her to further her education and professional training.  

She went on to earn a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Through her academic training and clinical experience, Tristen has developed expertise in behavioral assessment, individualized treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, staff training, and data-driven decision-making. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful progress for the individuals and families she serves while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and compassionate care.  

Tristen joined Louisiana Developmental Center in December 2023 and, after successfully completing the rigorous certification and licensure requirements, earned her credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in September 2024. She subsequently transitioned into her current role on LDC’s clinical team, where she works collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services and support positive outcomes for clients across a variety of settings.  

Known for her compassionate approach, strong leadership skills, and commitment to lifelong learning, Tristen strives to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues while empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.  

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tristen enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs, Copper and Collins. She is also an enthusiastic plant lover and enjoys creative pursuits such as cross-stitching and painting. In her free time, she can often be found at the gym, taking her dogs on walks, or spending quality time with family and friends.

 Bethany Billeaud, BCaBA is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), having worked with children and families since 2019. Born and raised in St. Landry Parish, Bethany is deeply committed to serving her community and helping individuals achieve meaningful growth and independence through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Throughout her career, Bethany has developed a reputation for her strong work ethic, dedication to client success, and compassionate approach to care. She is passionate about collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that foster skill development, improve quality of life, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals she serves. Her ability to build trusting relationships with both clients and families allows her to provide individualized support while helping families navigate each step of their journey.

As a devoted wife and mother of three, Bethany understands the importance of family-centered care and strives to empower parents and caregivers with the tools and knowledge needed to support lasting progress beyond clinical settings. Her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth continues to strengthen her ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bethany enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and creating lasting memories with her loved ones. Her passion for helping others, combined with her dedication and genuine compassion, makes her a valued member of the behavioral health community and a trusted advocate for the individuals and families she supports.

 Vickie Matirne is a proud New Orleans native who has called Lafayette home for nearly four decades, she brings 37 years of deep-rooted community connection and an unwavering passion for service to her role as Office Manager. Driven by a lifelong dedication to caring for others and making a measurable, positive impact, she seamlessly blends administrative excellence with genuine empathy.
Known for her compassionate leadership, operational dedication, and kind heart, she excels at fostering a supportive environment for both the parents seeking out services and healthcare staff. As a devoted grandmother of two, her natural nurturing instincts translate into an exceptional ability to handle patient relations with utmost care and sensitivity. Outside the clinic, she cherishes time spent with family and friends, bringing that same warmth, energy, and commitment to excellence into the workplace every single day.
